Founded in 2001 in Berlin, we originally started trading in used monitors, but those days are long gone. Over the next decade, GEKKO developed into one of the leading German dealers for used hardware for professional IT and has remained so to this day. You can find almost everything that makes your heart beat faster in the data center or server room. With primarily used systems from GEKKO Computer, our customers not only save money, with refurbished hardware instead of buying new, we and our customers also make a valuable ecological contribution. Whether a small medical practice, medium-sized company or public sector client, we supply everything and everyone worldwide.
Since the purchase of enterprise IT is often time-critical, everything you see in our webshop is always in stock here in Berlin in our 2500 m² warehouse and ready for express delivery worldwide.

Our refurbishing process in brief
What do we actually mean by refurbished hardware? Most of our refurbished devices and spare parts come from leasing returns or the sales channels of the respective manufacturers themselves. And we make no compromises when it comes to refurbishing them! After an initial visual inspection, all systems are pre-sorted, dedusted and cleaned. Worn parts such as thermal paste or batteries are professionally replaced.
The hardware is then extensively tested. This test includes rudimentary functional testing, benchmarking and performance diagnostics, as well as resetting to factory default values and installing the latest firmware available to us. All results are logged and entered into our databases so that we can subsequently provide our customers with detailed information, such as firmware versions or installed licenses, even if the goods are already in stock.
It is not without reason that we can give a 12-month warranty on all our products with a clear conscience. Cost-effective care packs can also be booked on request - please ask us if you are interested.
Whether leasing returns, demo devices or incorrect orders: Our servers are anything but ready for the scrap heap. Checked and refurbished, we offer them with large discounts and a new warranty in our online store.
We stock around 12,000 products and over 200,000 individual items here in Berlin. Power supply units, RAM, CPUs or network cards: We have spare parts for systems of current and older generations as far as the eye can see.
